Return Policy:

At VENSO, your satisfaction is always our priority. To make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free, we offer a simple return process at the time of delivery.

Return Eligibility (At the Time of Delivery)

If the customer is present at home when the delivery arrives, they may check the product in front of the delivery man.
A return is accepted immediately if:

  • The product has any defect

  • The wrong size or wrong item was delivered (Also exchnage will happend for this option)

  • The customer simply doesn’t like the product

If any of the above happens, the customer can return the product on the spot, and we will not charge any delivery fee.

🔄 Exchange Policy (Wrong Size / Wrong Item)

If we delivered the wrong size or wrong product, the customer can choose:

  • Return on the spot
    or

  • Exchange for the correct size/product (free of charge)

We will arrange the replacement based on availability.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returns and exchanges are only allowed at the time of delivery.

  • Once the delivery agent leaves, the product is considered accepted.
